Our corporate guidance asks us to begin each communication with a personal greeting, no two bad days in a row are allowed, and we should work from home at least once a month.
Our workspace has collaborative “table times” for each team, free Kuerig/soda/snacks, Nerf guns, company-issued 60″ TVs, dogs, RC cars & copters, and music. You won’t find offices, walls, phones, cubes, or shushing – just engaged team members making awesome things…together.
